Print Specifications
If you are interested in purchasing prints offered on this website, please note that there are two types of prints available: Décor Art and Fine Art (or Archival) prints.
Décor Art prints are considered non-archival, they are printed with great care on high-quality matte paper. When not exposed to direct rays of the sun and mounted behind UV-absorbing glass, they should retain their original quality for many years. Décor Art prints have an unlimited production quantity. These are high quality art prints without the exclusivity and permanence of our Fine Art prints.
Our Fine Art or "archival" prints exceed the quality of the Décor Art prints. They are printed on a fine art matte paper that is 100% cotton rag and both acid and lignin-free. When handled and mounted correctly, these archival prints will retain their quality beyond our lifetime (guaranteed for 100+ years if handled correctly). All archival prints are limited edition and hand signed by the artist.
It's recommended that all prints be kept out of direct exposure to sunlight and UV-emitting light sources and should be protected under non-glare, UV-blocking glass or acrylic.

Matting and Framing Service
We are happy to mat and frame your artwork before shipping it to you. Our standard mats are Crescent Select Conservation Matboard, which are suitable for most uses and are acid and lignin free. These solid color matboards will enhance any print or original drawing. Should you choose, you may upgrade to museum grade matboard if you desire that higher quality matboard. The cost of a single mat is $10 ($15 for any print larger than 16x20"); double mat is $20 ($25 for any print larger than 16x20"). Archival quality matboard is $20 (single mat); $35 for a double mat.
Our standard frame of choice is a matte black frame, approximately 2" in width, which adds to the beauty of the artwork without drawing attention to the frame itself. Other framing options are available upon request. Total cost of matting and framing (using select quality matboard) is $60, for work up to 18"x24". The cost of matting and framing larger sized work is available upon request.
